For today's throwing-out-the-christmas-tree-party there is need for some small treats for he children. Time is also relatively scarce, so the solution is chocolate balls. Simple, quick and yummy. Had excellent help from my son, which maybe didn't speed things up but added fun.
3 dl oatmeal
1 dl caster sugar
3 tblsp cocoa powder
1 tblsp vanilla powder
3 tblsp cold, strong coffee
100 g butter
coconut flakes
Run first four ingredients in blender before mixing w. coffee and butter. Form hazelnut-sized balls and roll in coconut flakes until covered. Cool in fridge for 1 hour. Done.

We've chucked the Christmas tree, eaten the gingerbread house and fished for candy treats. But I never saw any chocolate balls, other than in your blog. They sure LOOK yummy on the picture, I wish you hadn't forgotten them in the fridge...
